Hard cutoff caused by 'muon_filter->set_mode(MuonTrigFilter::
BAD_MUTR_VS_BBC_EVENT)' which interacts badly with the missing BBC info.

In the eval ntuple EFFIC, there are 2 chi**2 measures (bend-plane and Kalman). They seem not to be correlated.

In MutRejectTracks.css there is a cut on
rqual = (nhits_i/chi_i)/(nhits_j/chi_j);
involving the number of hits on tracks and the chisq (Kalman), to decide which of a pair of tracks shoulf be called a ghost track.
This is the efficiency for various values of this cut (5.00 is the current default).
